Part of the One App project within the Peacock organization. As a researcher, worked with the Product and Dev teams to structure, run, and analyze tests. Interpreted quantitative data gathered and translated that into design objectives. Presented to executives on a quarterly basis, sharing competitive analysis and streaming industry trends. Structured and ran hundreds of tests. Created and evangelized Product Personas and User Technology Journeys.
As a manager, ensured the growth and health of the UX/UI Design team. Oversaw art asset ingestion at scale. Directed efforts with Sales and Product Marketing teams. Advocated for user goals over business goals. Trained junior and mid-level designers to run tests and interview subjects.
