Bo Kaier, the individual writing this copy in the third person, shamelessly, is a UX researcher, digital professional, and design generalist. He is specialized in streaming space with more than a decade in the entertainment industry. His passion is using qualitative data to decipher quantitative mysteries. At present he is a UX/UI Design Manager at NBCUniversal, working on the One App project under Peacock. He is a user testing leader.

Bo went pro in '04, starting as a web developer and morphing over time in to a UX designer and then further in to a UX researcher. His core focus has been user research in support of product design. He enhances this focus with the varied toolset of a generalist: he is as comfortable writing HTML/CSS code as he is interviewing a user, charting a journey, building a prototype for users to test, putting together a scathing competitive analysis, auditing and interface for 10 foot use, leading a meeting with great aplomb, liaising between departments, working agile, walking, and chewing gum. :: pauses to catch breath ::
